Ten years ago, I had graduated with a creative-focused degree, and was even working in a creative field but found that I was completely and utterly blocked, miserable and uninspired! So began my journey of breaking down my blocks to reclaim the creative life I wished to live.
Since then, I have spent every day calling out my inner critic, pushing through the fear of the blank page and getting busy doing the creative work! One day it hit me. I had the perfect combination of experience and strategy to help other blocked creatives do the same! I saw how miserable so many of my friends and colleagues were deep down, they felt unfulfilled creatively. I couldn’t stand by – I had to help!
I created this mini-workshop to help rehabilitate blocked and frustrated creatives back to confidence, freedom and joy! If you’re ready, that includes you!
As a creative coach and artist, I understand firsthand the challenges we face when developing skills and gaining confidence.
I designed this sketchbook course to help beginners and experienced artists learn new techniques and strategies to overcome their fear of the blank page.
You will find yourself filling the pages of your sketchbooks with ideas and joyful, creative self-expression in no time.

How much time will I need to dedicate to this workshop?
This is a self-paced mini-workshop, meaning you can go through it at your own speed. You can complete it in a single session or break it up into smaller chunks, depending on your schedule. Most participants find that dedicating just a few hours to the exercises and reflections makes a noticeable difference in their creative mindset.
What materials will I need for this workshop?
You’ll need:
- A pen or pencil
- A printed or digital copy of the PDF workbook and worksheets
- A lined notebook or journal (optional)
Throughout each lesson in the PDF workbook, space is provided for notes and exercises.
How do I know if I have creative injuries or trauma?
If you’ve ever felt stuck, doubted your abilities, or avoided creating because of past criticism, comparison, or fear of failure, you may have creative wounds. These injuries often stem from negative experiences—harsh feedback, self-judgment, or feeling like your creativity isn’t "good enough." If creating brings up anxiety, frustration, or resistance, this workshop is designed to help.
Why do I need to heal creative injuries or trauma?
Unhealed creative wounds can hold you back from expressing yourself freely and confidently. They can lead to perfectionism, procrastination, and self-doubt—keeping you from making art that truly fulfills you. By addressing these blocks, you’ll rediscover joy in the creative process, build resilience, and create more consistently with confidence.
How do I do this?
Through a combination of guided exercises, mindset shifts, and practical strategies, this workshop will help you identify and release creative fears, rewrite limiting beliefs, and develop a healthier relationship with your art. You’ll gain tools to nurture your creativity, silence your inner critic, and make space for artistic freedom.
